In addition to the prestigious career prospects within the aviation industry, aspiring future Emirates A380 pilots can look forward to an array of enticing advantages.

Emirates Airlines is extending an exclusive invitation to experienced pilots to apply for positions as captains and first officers. This virtual recruitment event is scheduled for October 4, 2023, and will be conducted by the Emirates recruitment team.

A380 Direct Entry Captains’ Program
Emirates is welcoming applicants to its A380 direct entry captains’ program, seeking individuals with a minimum of 7,000 hours of total flying time in multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft. In addition to the total flying time criterion, prospective candidates must have recently accumulated a minimum of 3,000 hours in command of Airbus fly-by-wire (FBW) wide-body aircraft. This category encompasses aircraft like the A330, A340, A350, and A380.
Successful candidates accepted into this program will be offered open-ended contracts, which include a comprehensive monthly roster with a minimum of eight days’ leave. Flight assignments encompass both single and multi-sector routes, ranging from one to nine days in duration. Layover periods typically extend from 24 to 48 hours. Remuneration for new pilots stands at a competitive $12,000 per month, tax-free.

Additional perks comprise concessional travel tickets, complimentary accommodation arranged by Emirates, and a generous annual leave entitlement of 42 days. For pilot parents, Emirates extends support with an annual stipend of $12,000 per child for schooling expenses. Furthermore, Emirates ensures chauffeured transportation for pilots to and from the airport, streamlining their travel logistics. Additional privileges encompass business class to first class upgrades, complimentary company uniform dry cleaning, and an annual profit-sharing program.
