Here's an opportunity for a cabin crew (preferred but not set in stone) to live in a quiet and well curated estate in Chiswick.
The Flat:
This is a 3 bedroom flat with a massive living room, separate fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower and plenty of storage. You'd be sharing with just one other person, another male cabin crew from Italy (LGBTQ+), 38yrs old. Yes, you heard that right, this is a 3 bedroom but there'll only be 2 people in the flat (you + me).
The Location:
Chiswick Village, right by the river and its lovely pubs. Closest station is Gunnersbury. Plenty of parks around us and we also have a private communal garden in the middle of the estate with barbecues. LHR is easy to get to. Chiswick high street is a 10mins walk with lots of shops, bars and cafe and so is Kew Bridge. You can walk along the river all the way to Richmond.
The Cost:
£800 rent per month
+ bills
+ £800 deposit
(however note we DO NOT pay for central heating, water or tv licence. Heating is switched on between 1st Oct until roughly end of May, depending on weather).
Extra notes:
If you see the ad, then the room is still available. Room is NOT suitable for students or couples. The room is for SINGLE occupancy only and your partner will NOT be allowed to stay overnight (when primary renter is there). This place is a little gem and would suit someone grown up, who wants a clean and tidy environment and a quiet place to live in. Please note, in order to get a clean and tidy environment we'd BOTH have to actively clean (kinda need to underline that; I'm sure you have your own horror stories from London flat-shares).
