Most of our previous lodgers have worked out of Heathrow.
The rent will include all bills and washing machine detergents and car parking. Our home is fitted with all the mod cons, you would expect including wireless broadband, dishwasher. We provide a fortnightly cleaning service to the entire house including your bedroom. We are not looking for anyone who is 100% homeworking. The owners travel extensively and therefore are looking for the quality of our home as their home. We have enjoyed lodgers living in our home for many year, many of whom have become lifelong friends. Rent will only increase annually in relation to RPI.
Moving in date is 1st November 2024 but if an earlier move in date is needed we have another ensuite bedroom which could be an option to bridge moving in dates
