Instructor Certificates

The TRI/SFI courses are the next step for those flight crew members wishing to instruct on a Type Rating course. Appropriate qualifications must be held to join the course. Contact us for details.

Course content:

• 25 hours of ground school teaching and learning
• 24 hours of Full Flight Simulator (FFS)
• 4 hours of Full Flight Simulator (FFS) for the Final Test (shared with another candidate)
• Note: If you already hold a TRI/SFI certificate on a different type, the course can be shortened.

All candidates will have access to our training website which contains a full suite of manuals, PowerPoint presentations, training aids and documentation. Access will be made available prior to the commencement of the course.

TRI/SFI Certificates can be completed on the following aircraft:

• Airbus: a320 a330
• Boeing: 737, 777, 787
