Aviation Insider Refund & Returns Policy

Physical Products:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the product(s) and any packaging, a refund minus shipping costs will be credited to the original payment card within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to process the refund. We are not liable for any bank charges incurred during the refund process.

Subscription and Digital Products:

All charges for purchases are nonrefundable. Once a subscription is renewed, it remains valid for the term, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. The term can be canceled upon completion if requested by the buyer.

Returns Policy for Physical Products:

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to a full refund via the original payment method if you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return a product. You then have a further 14 days to return the product by post.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to reject the goods and return them to us for a full refund.

Your Responsibility and Our Liability:

You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods until they are safely returned to us. We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods. Any damage to the goods may result in deductions from the refund amount.

Returning Outside the Returns Period:

Returns made outside the specified period may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a delivery fee if the product is returned to you.

Proof of Purchase:

No refund or exchange will be given without proof of purchase, such as a receipt or dispatch note.

Products That Cannot Be Returned/Refunded:

Certain products are not eligible for refund, including accessed courses, downloadable products without proof of deletion, accessed virtual products, and automatically renewed subscriptions.

Refunds for PayPal and Gift Card Purchases:

Refunds for PayPal and gift card purchases will be processed accordingly, with any remaining balance refunded to the payment card.

Promotional Discounts & Refunds:

Promotional discounts applied to orders will not be refunded in the event of a return.

Statutory Rights:

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or damaged goods.
