Captains
Take your seat on the left. You’ll make the key flight decisions and safety will be your top priority. You’ll be maintaining the highest standards from this seat and keeping our crew and passengers safe. The legroom’s pretty good too.
Got what it takes?
You’ll already be working as a Captain and have ambitions to fly higher in your career. You’ll also have plenty of Orange Spirit. That’s the stuff that makes easyJet. It’s the fast-thinking, straight-talking, real-world attitude that means easyJet welcomes everyone, meet problems head-on and always have each other’s backs.
Type Rated Captains: at least 4,000 flying hours, with 1,000 PIC hours on A320
Non-Type Rated Captains: at least 4,000 flying hours with 1,000 PIC hours on jet aircraft over 30T MTOW
easyJet are also recruiting first officers!
Co-Pilots
Yours is the right-hand seat. The view from up here is impressive. It could change your whole career perspective. You’ll be ranked Second Officer, First Officer or Senior First Officer (it depends on your experience and flying hours). But whatever level you start at, your route to command is going to be a lot faster than at most other airlines.
easyJet aim to spot talent early and promote from within. So, you’ll have plenty of chances for progression including management roles, air safety investigations and other opportunities.
