To be eligible, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:
- •Be 18 years of age or older by February 10, 2025
- •Be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- •Be eligible to live and work permanently in the EU/Ireland
- •Hold a valid unrestricted worldwide passport
- •Pass airport security vetting, including a five-year background check
- •Provide two verifiable references
- •Obtain an EASA/IAA Class 1 Medical Certificate, including passing a colour blindness test
Educational Requirements
Applicants must meet at least one of the following academic qualifications:
A Leaving Certificate with:
- O5 grades in English and Mathematics at ordinary level or H6 at higher level
- 2 higher-level subjects with a minimum grade of H5
UK equivalent:
- GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum grade C)
- 3 A-Levels at A2 level with grades of at least C, C, D
- A Level 7 degree or higher in any discipline
- Completion of a relevant aviation apprenticeship

- All applications must be submitted online before the deadline.
Online Assessments:
- Shortlisted candidates will receive an invitation to complete an online assessment, which must be completed within 72 hours of receipt.
Assessment Centre in Dublin:
- Candidates who pass the initial screening and online assessments will be invited to attend a group assessment stage in Dublin between March 24 and April 11, 2025.
- Candidates will need to provide copies of their academic qualifications.
Final Selection:
- Successful candidates must pass an EASA Class 1 Medical examination and a pre-course medical assessment before starting training.
